Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Movaci HR ("the Service"), the internal human-resources system operated by Movaci Technology Co., Ltd. ("Movaci"). By signing in or submitting an application through the careers page you accept these terms.

1. Who may use the Service

Accounts are provided to Movaci staff and authorized contractors for work purposes. The public careers page may be used by anyone applying in good faith for a Movaci position. Accounts are personal: do not share credentials, and protect any device that stays signed in.

2. Acceptable use

• Access only the data your role grants. Attempting to view, export, or infer data beyond your role, including colleagues' compensation, is prohibited and is logged.
• Enter accurate information. Timesheets, leave requests, and self-assessments are business records.
• No probing, scraping, automated access, or interference with the Service's security controls.
• Treat anything you learn from the Service about colleagues as confidential Movaci information.

3. Monitoring and audit

The Service records an audit trail of sign-ins and actions, including access to sensitive categories, for security, compliance, and the protection of staff data. Use of the Service constitutes acknowledgment of this logging. The handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Availability and changes

The Service is provided for internal operations and may change, be interrupted for maintenance, or be superseded. Movaci aims for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty; nothing in these terms limits statutory employee rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its documentation are Movaci property. Data about you remains subject to the rights described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Violations and contact
